How to stay healthy?

 "Money can buy health care and medicine, but it cannot replace health once it's lost." It's obvious that everybody knows how important health is. Here are some tips to build a healthy lifestyle, which seems easy to put into practice but not everyone can actually do it all well.
     First of all, you should have healthier eating habits. For example, to get all the nutrition that human body needs, it's important to have a balanced diet, like grains, protein, vegetables, fruits, and even fat. Also, you should avoid beverages, fast food, and midnight snacks as possible as you can. Water is a better choice. People should drink at least two liters of water every day, or more if you exercise on that day. 
     Second, go to bed before eleven and get up early in the next morning. If you stay up late, your body can't get some rest. Not only your skin will become terrible but also the functions of your body will become worse and worse. Having a good sleeping habit makes you more energetic and have a better mood.
     Third, do some exercises at least three times a week. Both cardio and strength training are essential. It makes you stronger and more energetic. It also can release your stress.
    Last but not least, relaxing is necessary as well. You can do some yoga, listen to music you love, read a novel with a cup of coffee and so on. No matter how busy you are, spend some time taking care of yourself and listening to your heart.
     Above all is some advices for a healthier life. Follow them step by step and don't give up; then you will see the changes of you, both physically and mentally.

    You really provided good advice for staying healthy. To be frank, I was impressed by what you said. I think I should try to accept this suggestion and figure out whether my body gets better or not.
